I worked with Medicle MD to create a complete visual identity and website that truly reflect their commitment to professionalism, trust, and innovation in the aesthetic medicine industry.
Specializing in premium products for medical professionals, Medicle MD needed a brand and digital presence that felt both reliable and approachable, allowing them to stand out in a competitive market.
Design Approach
The design of Medicle MD’s visual identity centers around a balance of professionalism and accessibility.
The logo was designed to evoke trust and credibility. The icon, a cross formed by four "M"s from the logotype's font, subtly references the medical field while maintaining a sleek, minimalist style. This versatile logo system ensures the brand is recognizable across all touchpoints, whether in large-scale applications or compact spaces like social media avatars.
The typography choices reinforce the brand's professional yet modern feel. The primary typeface, Bricolage Grotesque, draws inspiration from chunky fonts popular in the 70s and 80s, with a distinctive cut in the letter "d" that adds a sense of freshness and reliability. Paired with Public Sans for smaller text, the font selection enhances readability while maintaining a cohesive look across digital and print media. Both fonts are open-source, making them widely accessible for use on platforms like websites and design tools.
Medicle MD’s color palette revolves around two shades of turquoise, with a deep turquoise symbolizing stability and professionalism, and a lighter turquoise bringing a touch of innovation and optimism. A beige accent softens the palette, creating a warm, approachable feel that contrasts with the cool tones. A gradient from turquoise to white serves as a key element of the brand’s visual identity, adding a sense of movement and dynamism to the design, which echoes the innovative spirit of the brand.
